Sores!

I have got a really bad sore on the inside of my legs at the top(groin).They are not that painful but look really red & sore. Is there a cream or something i could use ?

I think they started in the summer when it was very hot and although they are a little better they are far from right.

Any help appreciated.

It probably started de to sweat in the summer.Try the cream use for nappy rash itworked for me once.
