If i do business with another Country in the EU do i have to still charge or pay VAT/IVA ? |

| You do not have to pay or charge Vat/Iva to other companies in the EU as long as they are outside of Spain. |

| I import weekly from England. Every company I deal with has my IVA number and I have to pay IVA every three months on the goods that comne from England and Germany |

| I would always check with your accountant but i do not pay IVA when i deal with other country;'s in Europe.There is a trade agreement in place. |

Hi
I don't pay VAT in the UK but I do pay it in Spainon the things that come in from the UK. I pay it every 3 months at the same time as I pay my taxes. I have to declare all imports from other EU countries. |
